Brow Policy

1. Consultation Policy:

   - Clients must inform the technician of any eye conditions or allergies prior to the appointment.

2. Appointment Booking:

   - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure lash appointments, similar to the brow policy.
   - Clients should arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.


3. Cancellation Policy:

   - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
   - No-shows will forfeit their deposit.


4. Aftercare Instructions:

   - Clients will receive aftercare instructions that must be adhered to in order to maintain lash longevity and avoid damage.
   - Incorrect aftercare may lead to additional charges for fills or replacements.


5. Refill Policy:

   - Clients are encouraged to schedule regular fills (typically every 2-4 weeks) to maintain the desired look.
   - Fills will only be performed if the remaining extensions are within a specified limit (e.g., 50% of the original set).


6. Refund Policy:

   - Like the brow services, all sales are final. No refunds will be processed after the service is completed.
   - If issues arise, clients must report them within a specific time frame for potential resolutions.


Age Restrictions:

   - Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Parental consent is required for clients under 18.

Brow Policy

1. Consultation Policy:

 - A consultation is not required but if needed before the procedure to assess skin type, discuss desired outcomes, and review     any potential allergies or sensitivities we can meet up for a small fee.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or previous cosmetic procedures.


2. Appointment Booking:

 - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance; failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.


3. Cancellation Policy:

 - Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of the deposit.
- If the client does not show up for the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.


4. Aftercare Instructions:

 - Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions post-procedure, which must be followed to ensure optimal healing and results.
- Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidelines and may be charged for touch-ups if the healing process is compromised due to neglect.


5. Touch-Up Policy:

 - A follow-up touch-up appointment is recommended within 6-8 weeks after the initial service, payment is separately.
- Additional touch-ups beyond the initial follow-up will incur extra fees.


6. Refund Policy:

 - Due to the nature of the service provided, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the procedure is completed.
